Tin Hut BBQ Preview: Behind the Scenes with Pearl Highlands’ Newest Eatery

Disabled veteran-owned Tin Hut BBQ, known throughout Oahu for bringing authentic, mainland-style BBQ to every military base and a number of popular food truck locations throughout the island, recently launched its first off-base brick and mortar restaurant at the Pearl Highlands Center newly renovated Food Court, open Monday-Saturday 10am-8pm and Sundays 11am-7pm. 

Recently, the mall invited a group of Hawaii’s top Foodie / Influencers to sample the fare, and here’s what they shared:
